i-müellims - high school students stepping into the role of teachers (tutors) for i-şagirds.
i-workers - our team of employees, volunteers, interns working together to support the mission of Ishiq.
i-sagirds - kids from shelters participating in classes led by i-müəllims.

Impact



The program enables tutoring students - i-müəllims to leverage their expertise, actively contributing to the betterment of society, while cultivating social responsibility and empathy, gaining valuable experience in effective leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Simultaneously, i-şagirds, children from shelters and without parental care benefit by acquiring essential knowledge and skills, setting the foundation for pursuing further education and building successful careers.

Short-term Plans
- Gift school supplies to i-shagirds for the upcoming academic year.
- Adding a new shelter and equipping it.
- Supporting our volunteers at shelters with compensation for their valuable contributions.

Long-term Plans
- Expand to 3 more shelters to reach more children.
- Partner with new schools to broaden educational access and opportunities for i-shagirds.
- Introduce a new subject to meet diverse learning needs.
